Katie is a Red Wing native with over 25 years of sales and
marketing experience. She is based on the Red Wing campus where her main
responsibility is working with area employers to develop customized training
and consulting solutions for their workforce. Community outreach is also
an important part of her duties, working closely with the Red Wing Area
Manufactures Association, Hiawatha Valley Society for Human Resource Management, and the Red Wing Area Chamber of Commerce.
Graduating with honors, Katie received a B.S. in
Business-Risk Management from St. Cloud State University. She is a proud
supporter of Red Wing Athletics and is the past president of the Red Wing
Booster Club.
Jennifer Olson, Director of Business Relations, Winona

Jen is currently serving the greater Winona area as the Director of Business Relations and Customized Training. She is based on the Winona campus where her main responsibility is working with area employers to develop customized training and consulting solutions for their workforce. Jen stays busy attending activities for both her busy daughters and also enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband.
Seth Flatten, Director of Continuing Education

Seth Flatten graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato, with a Music Industry bachelor of science degree and a minor in Business Law. After college, he worked as a student support specialist at Macphail Center for Music in Minneapolis and then in member services for Health Partners. He worked in human resources at Fastenal before coming to Minnesota State College Southeast in 2017. Seth provides all aspects of support for the Continuing Education and Customized Training division of the college and serves as the point person for managing the online registration system for continuing education classes.
Seth lives in Winona with his wife and two dogs. He has grown his hair out twice to donate it to a charity that helps children with hair loss. Singing is his lifetime passion and he currently performs in an a capella quartet called Johnson Street Underground.
